- In your description, be as specific as you can be about your care needs - Hours, Days, Duties, Wage
- When discussing the position, mention if you have trips planned for the summer, and ask if she has any plans for vacation
- If swimming is part of the plan for your child this summer, ensure that your summer nanny is comfortable with supervision - this is available on their profile with CanadianNanny.ca
- Plan to have events and activities that your summer sitter can take the children to throughout the summer
- Inform her about summer safety information, like hydration and sunscreen - read our sunscreen tips
