We are a creative family with a toddler and a baby on the way, looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent nanny who thrives in an involved and collaborative household. We are willing to negotiate in price for the right fit. Both parents are currently not working traditional jobs and are highly engaged in daily life with our children. We plan to spend the next couple of years traveling and raising our children in a stimulating, connected, and supportive environment — with help from someone who understands the rhythm of a home like ours. What we’re looking for: • A caregiver who is confident, adaptable, and mature — someone who is warm, calm, and truly present with children • Someone who can travel internationally, adapt to different environments, and help create stability and structure within new settings • A strong sense of initiative: knows how to step in when needed and step back when not — without waiting for instructions • Comfortable working in a home where parents are often around and involved, without friction, insecurity, or power struggles • Willing to support with children’s laundry, meals/snacks, and light organizing or tidying • Experience with toddlers and infants (or a willingness to learn with curiosity and care) Bonus if you: • Have worked in high-profile or high-net-worth homes • Have a passport and are travel-ready • Have strong communication and are open to feedback • Understand healthy boundaries and bring emotional maturity to the role This is a special position for someone who loves working with families who are present and also need space to rest, recharge, and work on creative projects.
