Nanny Job in Outremont, Quebec

We are two professionals with 2 mature teen/preteen kids and a cute dog needing mostly light help around the house part-time or full-time. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to help maintain our home and assist with various chores in Outremont, Quebec. Ideally we would like someone who can take care of household needs, but particularly, someone who is a live-out person living not far, with a car and license who can also pick up kids from school or take them to activities on a couple afternoons. As well, someone who loves dogs and would be able to help us to train our 1 year old maltipoo to primarily be more independent and stay home alone for several hours at a time. Daily chores include putting away dishes from the dishwasher, preparing salad for supper and cutting up fruit salad for next morning, tidying up the kitchen counters and the house, taking the dog for a walk and dog training. Then weekly, washing and putting away laundry, ordering and putting away groceries in the fridge, taking care of garbage/recycling/organic, water plants, small errands (e.g. go to the pharmacy or dry cleaner or hardware store to pick up a few things), also, if time permits, can include a small scale deep cleaning project (e.g. 1 week fridge, 1 week windows in living room, 1 week dusting, etc.). For candidates who prefer full time work, could also do once weekly top to bottom cleaning of the house and preparation of a few meals, or else if part-time, we have other people who can do this (can be discussed). As well, the most ideal candidate would also be available to take the dog 1 weekend every couple months or even stay over with the kids (teen/tween) a couple nights from time to time if we travel for work (not a requirement). The position will be paid at a rate of $20.00 per hour (negotiable, with pay increase over time). We are looking for someone who is available for regular part-time work (at minimum 10am to 3pm on Mon to Wed) or full time (e.g. 10am to 6pm 5 days a week).
