I am a kind, caring and loyal person who loves working with children. I have always known that working with children, both in and outside of the classroom, was my calling, which is why I chose to attend the Faculty of Education. Over the past few years, I have learned how to create a fun, energetic and educational environment for children. I enjoy creating hands-on learning activities for children of all ages. As I continue to apply for teaching positions in the area, I would love the opportunity to further my experience with children. I have been working with children for almost 10 years, both in and outside of the classroom. I have been volunteering in elementary schools (JK to grade 5) for approximately 6 years. I have recently obtained my Bachelor of Education in the primary/junior division. During my placements, I was responsible for creating and implementing hands-on learning activities, while accommodating those children with exceptionalities. During this time, I was placed in grades 1, 3 and 4. Finally, I volunteered with homework club, which allowed students to receive extra help after school hours.
