Tracy ran an in home daycare and cared for our son for a number of years. From 11 months to his first few years of school. She is thoughtful, truly cares for the children and made sure our son and ourselves felt safe. Tracy ensured nutritious foods were served, that that the children got exercise and were engaged in play. She took genuine interest in not only our son but spent the time/care to know the others children’s personates as well and this helped to personalize attention to individual needs. Tracy had regular touch points and we felt like she was a true partner and had respect for us as parents as well as our son. Tracy went above and beyond on many occasions and having her help us raise our son was unequivocally the best choice for our family. Her demeanour with our son and the other children resulted in a relationship of trust in our sons well being.
