Hello, my name is Renée I am 20 years old in the Orientation to Teaching (OTT) 5 year program at Nipissing University and currently finishing up my 3rd year. I am enrolled in the Primary Stream JK – Grade 6 and have a sincere love of children. You will find me creative, patient, fun loving and reliable. From October of 2013 to April 2014 I volunteered at Sunset Elementary School where I supervised approximately 5-10 children every Thursday ranging from the ages of 4-12, and I also have experience babysitting young children. I am comfortable reading aloud to children, able to plan and organize group activities, crafts, and games. Given the opportunity you will find me trustworthy, punctual and eager to work. My heavy workload at university has enabled me to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining above average grades. My job experience has taught me how to multi task while working in a fast paced environment. I possess a positive attitude, I am a quick learner and always seeks to better herself and her work. I am a team player who has excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly personality. I volunteered at Sunset elementary school in North Bay. It was an after school program where myself and a few other University students would look after children ranging from the age of 4 to 12. We would help with homework as well as play games with them.
