Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

I have just recently moved to Vancouver from Australia on a 2 year work visa. I am an attentive, patient, caring and creative care giver. I love creating new fun activities for children as well as ensuring they are stimulated by their environment by lots of outdoor play and regular excursions. I am flexible with the role that is required of me and I am happy to take on any additional work. I am really looking for a family that is loving, open and understanding. I still regularly keep in contact with all the families I have looked after. Having been a nanny for a family where the mother was a psychologist has really helped me understand childhood development and the need to engage and stimulate children and provide age appropriate play. I look forward to hearing from you. I was a full time live out nanny in 2012. I started caring for the child when she was just 7 months old. I prepared all her meals, I took her to her early childhood learning classes, we went to parks and the zoo and art galleries together. When my god-daughter was born I would also regularly spend time babysitting her so that her mother could get some rest. This started when she was just 2 weeks old. I would take her on walks and run errands. I have also babysat 3 children at one time with the children aged 6,4 and 3 months. I facilitated hide and seek and other household games as well as baking before bed time on a regular basis.
