Services And Training: I have my driver's license. I am Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR/AED Certified and Food Safety Certified. I am open to do minimal tidying/cleaning of the house and meal prep/cooking. I love to do fun activities/crafts, walks/the park and help with homework. Experience: I took a parenting class in grades 11 and 12 and was paired with a 1-year-old for both years. This class had 3 days a week where we were paired up with our 'buddy' and then 2 days a week of learning about a child development. I have volunteered at elementary schools (grade 5 and under) here and there when I was in high school till about first year of university. I did my high school co-op in a kindergarten class and absolutely loved it! I got to even teach the class, create worksheets and activities for the students. I also made a Christmas Countdown Calendar with a different activity each day from a Christmas/winter themed book to a craft, or a game. It was fun to be creative and watch the students develop their skills (2018). I nannied for 3 children between the ages 4 and 8 for 2 summers in a row (2017 and 2018). I've nannied two siblings under 4 (summer 2022) and nannied a 2-year-old a few days a week for a couple years (2022 and 2023). I also have experience looking after 5-month-old twins (2023).
