I have over two years of paid experience of working with children of ages ranging 3 months to school age. • Health checks to ensure that children are in good health • Fill out incident/accident reports if required • Provide and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment • Observe and monitor children’s development • Communicate with families on a daily basis in a clear, concise, polite manner • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for specific groups of children from 3 months to 12 years of age • Plan and implement activities to include children with varying degrees of exceptionalities • Maintain confidentiality at all times • Maintain a healthy, safety environment • Experience with multiple group sizes from one-on-one interactions to school-age rooms of a ratio of one to 10
