I'm Celia, an educator based in Ucluelet, British Columbia. I specialize in providing quality care and early education for primary school aged children. I offer full-time, live out, and summer nanny services. My duties include housekeeping, meal prep, pet care, and of course childcare. My background is in teaching- specifically in the early years realm as I was Head Teacher for Snaw-Naw-As Nanoose First Nation's K5 program as well as Aboriginal Supported Child Development Consultant for Nanaimo Aboriginal Center. Additionally, I was the Early Years Navigator for Vancouver Island for Metis Nation British Columbia. Currently I am on break from teaching High School at Ladysmith Secondary. I am certified in Trauma Informed Practice, ECCERS spaces, as well as early education social/emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual connections to family and land.
