Nanny in Windsor, Ontario

Hello! My name is Abby, I am 21 and I am looking for a part-time nanny or babysitting position. I am currently not a student, but am in the middle of saving money for a car (G Certified Driver License and clean driving record) and to go to college to become an Early Childhood Educator. I have roughly 5 years of experience with multple employers. Growing up I had the small "babysitter" gig and with that I was big part of raising my younger brother when he was born. Apart from that I've had 2 legitimate nanny jobs, both lasting roughly 6-9 months. The first job entailed caring for a total of 5 children aged 10 months<, 3, 7, 9... when I began. I worked full-time, starting at 7:30am and leaving anytime around 4:30pm. While the 7, 9, 13, and 14 yr olds were at school, after I was there to start their morning with them making breakfast, packing lunches, and getting on the buses, I would care for baby and toddler all day and would drive to pick the 7 yr old up from half days at school. This job entailed: making meals (age appropriate and balanced) for all the children, diaper chnages, washing and sanitizing bottles, naptimes and putting children to bed, playtime and crafts, bath time, light housekeeping, and laundry. Sadly, I was forced to quit after weeks of not being paid. As for my second job, it has just recently ended this May (2023). I worked full-time doing all the previous mentioned duties, however, I would also stay overnight, stay evenings, would run errands for the family OR I would go out with them on trips (even to the grocery store) just for extra help, I was very involved in this family's life and bonded with their children immediately. I began to nanny these two kids when they were 8 months and the other had just turned 2. I had to leave this family because I moved and couldn't make the commute via public transportation. I was dubbed by this family as "The Baby Whisperer" haha. My whole goal is to make you happy and for your children to learn and have fun doing it. I am very concious of what language I use (ex. open ended questions for toddlers), what playtime includes, what food is age appropriate and balanced, and most importantly following your wishes with routines and any sort of disapline or such.
