BlissDom Canada 2012: First Conference in 10 Years!

Last weekend, I decided to push away from my computer and meet some wonderful business women and bloggers from across Canada. I was surprised at how informative and rewarding I found it was to attend BlissDom Canada 2012!

First of all, I was amazed by all of the giveaways! They were unbelievable ! From the free pillow from Sleep Country Canada to lentils  from Lentils; I was given so much from all the different sponsors, I had to take a cab rather than the subway back to my hotel!

The speakers were all great. Each of them had a different approach and message, and I learned something from each of them. My favourite was the presentation by Jian Ghomeshi, and I think I will be purchasing the book  Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain.

Best of all though, was meeting all these wonderful women and bloggers. There were all so interesting and down-to-earth. Many times, I felt like I was hanging out with a group of friends.

Thank you so much to the organizers of the conference. I look forward to seeing you again next year!​
