Nanny in Squamish, British Columbia

I am a professional ski instructor, predominately working with the kids ski school, and seeking evening babysitting positions around North Vancouver. I will be working at Mt Seymour this winter season. I am originally from Scotland, however have spent time living in multiple countries (Australia, Japan, New Zealand) since graduating from The University of Edinburgh (MA Geography). In my spare time I love to hike, climb, and run. Childcare Experience: I have extensive experience in childcare. I have my Early Childhood Educator Level I and have spent the last 3 summers working for The Town of Banff as a summer camp group leader and coordinator. As well as this, I have been a children's ski instructor for six winter seasons, and have my NZSIA Level II Children's Certification. I worked in Australia as an Au Pair for two amazing families. The first for 6 months caring for a beautiful 3-year-old boy. The second for 4 months caring for 3 children aged 0-5. In 2015 I worked in the USA for a special needs summer camp where I was employed as a Camp Councillor with children aged 7-16. After living in the Bow Valley for 4 years, where I have multiple families I help out babysitting whenever needed, it’s time for a change and to move to North Vancouver!
