Hello there, families of Squamish! My name is Piper, and I am a very capable and energetic nanny excited to join a loving family as a live-out, part-time caregiver this summer. With a preference to infants and any aged primary school children who are keen on getting outside this summer and spending their days adventuring about our beautiful town. I have a passion for being active and spent my childhood on all different sorts of sports teams, including but not limited to soccer, basketball, volleyball and softball! I am super comfortable taking care of children and did a lot of babysitting in high school. I understand the importance of creating a safe and stimulating environment for little ones to thrive in and I am super keen to find a family that is keen on building a genuine and trustful relationship. In addition to providing attentive caregiving, I am also available to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and pet care as needed. I am super comfortable around all animals and grew up spending a lot of time outdoors in our beautiful and adventurous town. Last summer I managed the garibaldi location of Alice & Brohm icecream co. where I supervised a team of 14 members. I am a strong leader, have great communication skills and feel capable and confident in my abilities to problem solve all the adventures that come with taking care and being responsible for children.
