Here is my Job Description: Work collaboratively with teachers, resource personnel and support services to plan, implement and assess developmentally appropriate activities in accordance with the expectations of the Ministry of Education’s Early Learning Program; work with School Board and community resource staff to support the needs of diverse learners, maintain all appropriate records for students (health, attendance, etc.); provide emergency first aid and response procedures during regular day program to students, as required I am very outgoing, reliable, and creative. I have a passion for working with children and adults. I absolutely love my career choice, providing a nurturing positive-caring learning environment to allow children to strive individually is what I do best! I make it my personal goal to connect with every child I meet in order to provide them with the learning and care that they need. I have experience working with children with individual learning exceptionalities, every child learns differently! I have experience with children who have Autism, ADHD, OCD, developmental disabilities, and learning delays. I have also been a sitter for many families, and can provide children with a fun active diverse day! as well as cook appropriate meals. I can program plan for children of all ages, outings, creative arts, dramatic play, DPA, fine and gross motor activities, etc. I can work with children of all ages, but have limited experience with infants.
