Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Madison Vandenthillart and I am 23 years old. I am currently in my Master's studying Psychology at Pepperdine University. I go to school in California, but am home for the summer. I am a passionate, friendly, responsible individual who absolutely adores children and creating a comfortable, fun environment! I have excellent experience with children of all ages (ranging from newborn-age 13!). When I was in high-school I was an assistant dance teacher at my local studio 'Rhythm Dynamix Dance'. With this position I worked with children from ages 3-13, teaching them various team-work activities, dance routines, physical activity and play time. Because of this, I also have experience working with children whom have various disabilities such as Autism and Muscular Dystrophy. In high-school I also babysat regularly for families around my neighbourhood after school and on weekends. It was great experience and truly showed me that I love children and I am excellent with them. This gave me experience putting children down to nap, reading with children, play-time, cooking for children, and taking them on outdoor adventures (or how to make fun in the home during a rainy night!). I have two younger brothers, aged 3 and 6 years! I have been a hands on help and babysitter for my mom when I come home, and have experienced the care of my brothers at all ages. Having two younger brother's has given me plenty experience of care for infant's and toddlers. I love thinking of new interactive craft's to do with them, cooking and baking with them, bath time, reading, etc! I am an extremely organized, responsible, clean, energetic and active individual. I promise to be respectful of your home, and I will be fully responsible for your children while they are in my care. I will dedicate myself to providing a fun, comforting environment for them. It is my main goal to care and protect your child/children while they are with me for the day, and you can be sure that they will be my main priority at all times. I am ready to be your child/children's partner for the summer and create a summer's worth of memories with them! I am looking for full time or part-time hours starting mid-June. Monday-Friday preferred. My preferred hours are morning-evening (8:30-4:30 for example). My rate is $15.00 p/hour, but rate may increase to $17 if more than 2 children.
