Nanny Job in Victoria, British Columbia

Hello! We are seeking full time nanny services for a 6 month old boy starting Jan 2019. 3 yr old brother goes to daycare, will need to assist with pickup frequently and drop off occasionally as well as watching him if he’s too sick for daycare. Tidying after baby as well as meal prep. Must be ok with children’s grandfather visiting often, he stays with us approximately 50% of the time and is very helpful with the children. We are a fairly laid back family, safety is our number one priority. We are screen free (for the most part) and appreciate phone use to be kept to a minimum. We discipline using 1-2-3 timeout but try to use redirection and anticipation of meltdowns to avoid much conflict. The baby is easy going (so far) and the 3 yr old is easily direct-able but does like to test boundaries, he loves being outside. Nanny musts: **nanny must be ok with getting the flu shot yearly and proof of whooping cough (Tdap vaccine) booster in the last 5 years** Must have drivers license and own car, experience working with infants (even if it's just your own), infant CPR/first aid.
