Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

My name is Jacquelyn Roxas, 37 years old. Single with one daughter aged 14. I graduated with a bachelor in elementary education. I took my 6 months caregiver short course, including CPR and First Aid certificate. My first employment as a nanny was in 2014 with the Chun Family (Hongkong) They have 2 children, a girl and boy aged 5 and 3. I took care of the youngest boy as the eldest has own nanny. We share the job but sometimes I look for the eldest child too, especially when the other nanny is on holiday or on leave. My second employment was November  2015 to present (Hongkong) to the Wing family with 1 daughter age 5. When I joined the family the child was 2 months old. This is the most challenging for me because I see her milestones from infancy to school age. Through my educational background and experience to my own child and my  2 siblings helps me to manage the child. I had my different adjustment, improvement and continuous learning as a nanny.  I am a very good communicator and it's easy for me to relate to other people. My hobbies are cooking, baking, and reading. I plan fun activities for children such as ,dance, play different sports,painting ,crafts,drawing, and others that children like to play. I managed different ages of children and learned to be more patient and understand them in different situations. I am very open to whatever opportunities in the future, especially as a nanny. I like this job because it is a perfect fit with my interests and skills. I want to work in Canada because it is a new environment, new opportunities and learning a new culture and also I can provide a better future for my daughter and I can help financial support for my parents too.I am willing to work for the long term.
