Hello My name is Rebecca Ripley I am a recent graduate from the Early Childhood Program at Fleming College. (2014) Since then I have been working for Trent Childcare where I have worked with ages 15month- 5years. Things i love about working with children are they will always surprise you, when you show a child that you believe in them and that they are capable they see and feel that and then excel in so many different ways. I love providing new experiences that foster the children's interests, finding the root of the interest and exploring that root in as many ways as possible by adding literacy,math, science in ways they wont even know they are learning it. I love observing children to really understand how they think and make sense of whats in front of them. I do have a 3.5 year old daughter whom would be coming along with me on most weekends. I have my CPR/First Aid I have my G and my own vehicle I am doing this because I would like more experience with a wider variety of age groups.
