Nanny in Waterloo, Ontario

My name is Alana, and I am a mature 24 year old University Graduate, looking for a full-time Nanny position. I have a degree is Sociology and Psychology from WLU, with a year of specialization in Child and Youth Studies. I have my standard First-Aid and CPR-C, and I am also a qualified Life Guard and Red Cross Swim Instructor. I have worked as a Nanny for 6 years, with 3 different families. I have experience working with infants, multiples, and children with exceptionalities! In addition to my work as a Nanny, I have worked as a swim instructor for both the Red Cross, and as a Competitive Coach with the Region of Waterloo Swim Club. I have also worked as a Summer Camp counsellor in Cottage Country, and did a year long co-op placement in a kindergarten classroom. I believe that hiring a Nanny offers your children unique opportunities that cannot be provided within the confines of a daycare centre.
