My name is Simon and I am a recent graduate from the University of Western Ontario. I am a high energy, fun loving guy who has spent the last three summers working a YMCA Geneva Park a family camp in Rama, Ontario. I worked with children aged 3-12 and created/facilitated a variety of activities ranging from crafty to sporty ones in groups of 3-15. During highschool I babysat for a large number of families in my neighbourhood and as well I worked in a daycare program at Kew Park Montessori School. I am looking for employment for the summer months (until August) as I will be travelling for the month of September before looking for work in my field of Kinesiology. I am full of fun ideas, games and outing adventures for children of all ages and as well have full availability! Three summers experience working at YMCA Geneva Park, a family camp where I looked after children aged 3-12. Duties included looking after groups of up to 15 children, creating activities for all age groups, facilitating sports, craft and nature programming, teaching children in small groups of 1-4 tennis and a variety of sports, on call for medical emergencies. Three years spent working at a Montessori aftercare (daycare) program. Duties included looking after children aged 3-12, taking them on off premise trips, preparing snacks and food, cleaning up after accidents, signing children in and out with parents.
