My hope is to be like a \"big sister/aunt\" type of sitter, someone a child can depend on to offer support, who believes in him/her, and who will be a kind protector and friend. I am a mature student and a huge proponent of continuous learning. I want to share my love of learning and reading with children. As a volunteer reading tutor to a seven-year old, one of the things I enjoy most is coming up with fun learning activities. As well, I derive great joy from helping children with their homework, reading to them, playing games with them, talking with them, and seeing their sweet smiles.
