I firmly believe that there is no difference between men and women's ability to look after children. A manny is a responsible for assisting children in their needs of daily life. This may include caring for them on a constant basis, cooking meals, preparing snacks and assiting them with bathing and dressing. Where infants are concerned, nannies are also expected to change diapers, prepare formulas and feed them. Mannies are expected to assist children with extracurricular activities and help them with developing social skills. Mannies also discipline children so that they can thrive in social gatherings and provide necessary home-schooling. Taking care of young children, especially babies, is rewarding but sometimes challenging. I do love children and enjoy their company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive. I have good organization of and communication skills, which I believe are among the most important skills for a mannies.
