Krystal -I possess experience working with children/youth who have experienced trauma as a result of abuse, abandonment, or neglect. Also, complex children/youth with mental health concerns, emotional issues, trauma, developmental delay, etc. -I have experience working with children/ youth in a children's residential treatment facility. I have cared for children/ youth ages 4-14. -I currently work closely with the children to insure their needs are being met, Assess the children and implement programs when necessary, facilitate home visits, obtain information and review/ write Plan of Care Reports, appraise children’s' needs or eligibility for specific services, and have sufficient knowledge of community services. -I am the primary contact for all Social Workers, Lawyers, Counselors, Psychiatrists, Pharmacy and School Placements. -I invite you to email me with any further questions you may have.
