I would love the opportunity of looking after your children as I am very comfortable around children of all ages. My many years of experience as a camp councillor and babysitter has taught me important safety procedures needed when caring for children and that this is the type of work I am passionate about. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from you. I have babysat for a number of families with children ranging from the age of one month old to 11 years old. Duties I have done while babysitting are cooking and cleaning, preparing lunches for school, helping with homework, playing games, making arts and crafts, supervising while in the pool and keeping track of the food they eat in a notebook. I have babysat a one month girl until she was four years old, two sisters aged one and five and two brothers aged six and twelve. I have also worked as a summer camp councillor at a horseback riding camp where I was responsible for supervising 20 children at once all under the age of fifteen. Many of the kids were the age of nine. Duties performed was teaching safety skills while around the farm, solving conflicts between kids, preparing lunch, setting up arts and crafts and preparing a schedule of events for the day.
