Nanny in Victoria, British Columbia

I have always had a passion for working with children. From the time I could babysit it was a preference of mine over other work. Having helped with a brother ten years younger then myself I became comfortable at an early age with the levels of a chid\\\'s development. Throughout my school years I was involved with dances and organized events for the mentally disabled. While in high school I took courses at the University to become a trained TESOL/TESL English Teacher. At the age of 18 I headed to Beijing to teach for the next two years. Working with students from as young as 3 years of age to the ages of 9 years old. After my time teaching in China I came back to Canada and became a live-in Nanny working with a boy that was 2 years old, and his sister who was 4 years old. Throughout that time as a live-in Nanny I was responsible for housework, pick up and drop off of the children, daily activities, swimming, walks, hikes, going to the park, meal preparation, and putting them to bed. Being around children is not only my passion, it\\\'s my gift. I am compassionate , caring, and responsible.
