From 2007-200... for two years I babysat for a neighborhood family. I babysat two boys ages 18 months and 3 years old. From this I realized I really enjoy working with children, as a result to obtain more experience I did a co-op placement though my high in a daycare ( Weston Village Child care Center) in 2009. From my placement I then got hired to work there. I did light duties: preparing snake, washing dishes, setting up rooms for the children, cleaning toys and caregivers for the children while the teachers was on lunch. After about six months of light duties I started to substitute in for the teacher while they were sick or on vacation. To this day I still occasionally do work for the daycare. I also am attending school now to go in to the field of teaching young children one day. I would like to work with children while going to school to obtain more knowledge in the filed of child care and education.
