I am a competent, caring ECE, who enjoys working with all ages. Each age is different and allows you to explore ways of learning with each child. Each child is an individual and learns in various ways, the more rewarding part of my job is watching each child find their own style and growing up a confident, happy child. I love the type of work that I do, with all of it\\\'s challenges and rewards. I have worked at various daycare centres and taught at all the various ages. My training was theme based but I have worked in play based method also. I have performed all regular duties including classroom planning and scheduling, I was responsible for scheduling summer time programs,have mentored co-op and college placement students also. I believe that interpersonal relations and individualized communication with each child is key to their growth, happiness and safety.
