Hi there! My name is Desiree, a genuine, compassionate, and enthusiastic twenty year old girl. Because I was so young when I first became an aunt, I have always felt comfortable around children. I started babysitting my nieces and nephews around 10 years old. I was also a Tiny Tots teacher at my church. I would teach, children ages 3-10, as well as play games and do crafts with them. I also was a Vacation Bible School crafts teacher, organizing crafts and activities for children aged 5-15. I love helping children learn, and helping them with creative activities. I am a big supporter of the arts, and think that children should be embraced and admired for their huge imagination! I think that children are such a beautiful miracle and gift to the world. :) Because I was only 9 years old when my first niece was born (I have 7 nieces and nephews now) I have often babysat my brothers and sisters children. I volunteered as a Tiny Tots teacher at my church for around three years (ages 3-10) Responsibilities varied depending on the ages of the children, but mainly included playing games, colouring, reading books, and singing songs. For one week a year, I helped out as an Arts & Crafts teacher at my local church. I would organize crafts and activities for children ages 5-15, and help them with their personal projects, as well as teach them new techniques.
