Hello! My name is Tanisha. I am an energetic and ambitious individual who has experience in working with large groups, as well as on my own. I have a great deal of experience with a variety of types of people. I have proven to have excellent organizational skills and manage my time well in order to meet deadlines and commitments. I am looking to find work as a nanny, childcare, support worker, or respite. I am 21 years old but I have grown up helping with care of my eighteen year old sister who physically and mentally the age of one. I have had the great experience of working with all disabilities ranging in all severities, from slight autism to Phelan-McDermid Syndrome (What my sister was diagnosed with). I loved working at P.A.R.D.S.(Peace Area Riding for the Disabled Society) in Grande Prairie Alberta. I have had a great deal working with all different types of disabilities including, physical and mental delay, physical and mental disabilities, addiction, compulsive disorders and more. I have had the chance to work with all ages from youth to adult, working for Carmichael Enterprise.
