Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hello Families! My name is Ellie! I am from North Vancouver, BC (born and raised which I hear is pretty rare hehe). I have done some moving around, I finished high school on Salt Spring Island which is an amazingly beautiful spot, and I lived in Mexico for 6 months (which is where I learned Spanish). I am 22yrs old, and I would call myself an artsy homebody. I really love painting, embroidery, crystals, astrology, and holistic nutrition! Can you tell I am from Vancouver yet? I have had a lot of different experiences with child care from baby sitting to helping out family members to being live in nanny is Squamish, BC. The majority of the children I have cared for are age 6 and under. As a live in Nanny I sometimes would make breakfast and always made lunch and dinner for the kids and parents. I would do my best to keep the house tidy as the day went on and that included laundry, dishes and other light housework. That being said I would really prefer to focus my energy on spending time with the children. Not that I don\'t intend on keeping things tidy, I just would rather not have to choose laundry over play time! I am really interested by Waldorf education and try to practice it when providing child care. Another thing is I am super into all this holistic and nutritious! I have card for many children (usually no more then three at a time) between the ages of 5 months - 5 years old. When I was a live in nanny I cared for 2 sweet girls 3.5 years and 10 months old. I usually made breakfast lunch and dinner for them including light housework. Occasionally I did bed time and night time wake ups. I really enjoy learning about waldorf styles of child care and healthy living.
