Hello, Families! I am an energetic, friendly, and personable social work student from McMaster. I am available in the late afternoon and evening, as I will be working regular hours for an agency as part of a placement arrangement. I have always really enjoyed working with kids - something that made me want to go into social work in the first place! I love the joy they bring to life, the way they get such delight out of the simple things, the way their eyes light up when they discover something new, and yes, I even appreciate the cries and runny noses and temper tantrums. Childhood is such a precious time in life, and I would be privileged to be part of your child\\\'s early years! I am putting myself through school, and it does get expensive. My experience includes day-long care of a 14 month old, evening care of multiple children, activities for school age children, and all the regular duties included with that childcare - feeding, changing, and of course, playing :) I have also done light housekeeping and meal preparation for families. You should know that I have taken the babysitting course, and am willing to take more courses if needed. Finally, I have many references if you are interested.
