Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hi my name is Erin O’Leary I am 27 years old and am starting my own home daycare/ summer camp. I am looking to have 4-5 children enrolled in the age range of 4-6( can be flexible for siblings). It’s always been a dream of mine to run my own summer childcare program. I absolutely love working with kids and helping bring joy and imagination to their lives. I previously worked for the city of Ottawa at a recreation complex for almost 5 years where I did a number of jobs that worked with children including Camp Counsellor, Sports Instructor (Skating, Dance, Gymnastics, Soccer, etc), Birthday Parties, Before and After School care program for children, and Child Care for children 3 and under. I have done First Aid and CPR/AED training many times. I also speak french as a second language. I have dealt with all ages of kids at my previous work from 2-12 (and older) and feel comfortable looking after all ages. I have done childcare for families before as well. I have always loved being a nanny and have the experience and maturity for it as well and am ready to expand on that. The daycare would be run out of my backyard and back half of my house and will focus on crafts, sports, and lots of other fun activities! I would be happy to provide references and would love the opportunity to work for your family and look after your child(ren). On a side note I take covid very seriously and am happy to comply with wearing a mask and any other precautions you wish me to take and will be vaccinated at the end of May.
