Nanny in Victoria, British Columbia

Hello! I have just finished my second year at the University of Victoria for Geography and Social Justice Studies. I am seeking summer employment that will extend into the upcoming academic school year. For eight years I have worked with both young infants and children ranging from 4-15 years old as a nanny and as a counselor for summer sports and arts camps. My most recent childcare job was during the summer of 2010. I was a nanny for Mackecknie and Callum Bishop-Nicol, age 4 and 2 respectively. I combined my imagination, playfulness, and creativity as well as my attentiveness, responsibility and care as I organized meals for their entire family and planned outside activities throughout the day. I am passionate about engaging children with the outdoors and with creative, imaginative play. No matter the age spectrum, my experience with youth has always been incredibly energizing and I wish to continue my interaction with them.
