I did babysitting in highschool, especially for one particular family with 4 kids ages 4-14. I worked as a camp counselor for two summers, caring for 10 children at a time (ages 6 to 9) with the help of another counselor. I was responsible for making sure the kids were safe, happy and entertained for the duration of the summer. I worked two summers as a soccer referee as well at the North Toronto Soccer Club. I refereed games for children ages 6 through 10 and made sure that they were always playing safely and in accordance with the laws of the game. Often i was able to help children who had never played soccer before gain the confidence to improve their skills.
