Hi All, My Name is Jamie. A little about myself and my journey. I first relocated from Sydney Australia to Toronto, Canada in March 2018. I soon fell in love with the city and called Toronto home soon after. I came here with the idea to work and travel, and well that quickly changed. I was trying to make ends meet and decided to get some cleaning work on the side. Instead cleaning and helping families and individuals became my calling. The first few families I got have become part of my extended family and nearest and dearest. It was obvious after just a few months in, that all my other work priorities shifted and this became more important. I decided to focus on building a close knit group of employees to deliver Miss Jays services, which basically sums up to be, people you can trust in your home and around your family. We are a team of 3 gals that work across Toronto from High Park to the beaches and up to Bloor. I hope to help as many families around their homes as possible, so if you are in need of any cleaning, and I don't mean just the typical cleaning (which I know some of you might), we also offer family assistant for example basic food prep, snack prep, dishes, laundry and other chores to just keep your home in order. We value your privacy, and your individual needs, and try to help you with whatever you require. I ensure that my team are trustworthy, lovely individuals that are also great to chat with and build relationships with, we are the kind of cleaners that it is easy to build a friendship with, and who doesn't want to be friends with someone which is so up in your space. We value communication within our team as well as with our customers, and believe that customer satisfaction is all about understanding your needs and finding ways to deliver them by going above and beyond. You need to feel comfortable around us and vice versa. Rates start from $75 (which includes up to 3 hours help around your home) and $25 per hour on top of that.
