As a registered early childhood educator with 5 year of experience both inside classrooms and out; I have come to truly enjoy working with children and families on an individual basis. I hope to find a long-term position, that meets both the needs of the family and myself, creating a learning experience for both. upbeat, easy-going, punctual, patient & kind - I am confident that being a nanny for the right family will be the best path for me. For the passed 5 years, I have been working with children of all different ages; in all different settings. Beginning with a grade 1-2 split class, I have successfully worked with infants-school-age children. I specialize in developing individual age-appropriate programming for infants, toddlers & preschoolers. I have experience working with all different kinds of teaching philosophies, graduating with an Honours Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Sheridan College - concentrating but not limited to High/Scope & Reggio Emilio philosophies. In 2013, I completed an overseas placement teaching preschool in Hong Kong, China.
