Nanny in Kelowna, British Columbia

I'm an
Individual
Hi, my names Amanda Stonehouse born in April and I'm 27. I have been born and raised in North Vancouver and recently a new resident of Kelowna! My family who includes my mom, dad and grandmother all still live in north vancouver but I decided in the summer to moved to kelowna my dog Porscha who is 10. In Vancouver, Carson graham secondary school is where I graduated from with honours. Having hairstyling as one of my electives in high school helped me build a career for myself and maintain a passion I have for it to this day. I'm now looking forward to achieving another dream of mine and that's becoming a positive role model for children. I like a bunch of actives such as; going to the parks, playing baseball, seeing the animals at the zoo, walking the beaches and so much more. I would like to travel more in the future but in the past few years I've been Mexico, California, and the most recent place I left and enjoyed most is Australia. I see myself achieving personal goals currently set utilizing my strengths I have developed over the years and I'm super excited to start working part time at a preschool/daycare and also as a part time nanny in Kelowna! living anywhere else more beautiful. I graduated from Carson Graham secondary school and shortly after became a hairstylist. It's been 11 years in the hairdressing career but I'm now looking forward to achieving another dream of mine. This September I'll be attending the ECE program at VCC part-time for 2 years. Within those two years I decided one of them I would be taking a full-time sign-language course that I very much enjoy and have a great passion for. I graduated from VCC in 2012 for attending one year of sign-language basics and realized i couldn't live without it. I see myself achieving personal goals currently set utilizing my strengths I have developed over the years and I'm super excited to become a teacher. Working with deaf children and the community plus doing a bunch of fun activities like going to parks, walking the beaches, seeing the animals at the zoo, reading books and so much more. Thank you and look forward to meeting you.
