A passion for children and early learning! My personal philosophy on early learning and care is that trained care providers can make a dramatic impact on children\\\'s holistic development in the early years. I believe that good self-esteem and self-respect are the building blocks of a healthy, successful future. I respect diversity while honoring equity and inclusion for all.
