Hello. My name is Spencer (female, its a tricky name ), and I have tons of childcare knowledge to offer. I have graduated with a diploma in Early Childhood Education, an (Honours) Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and am currently pursuing my Masters in Applied Disability Studies (specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis). I worked as a Designated Early Childhood Educator full-time with the District School Board of Niagara for four years. I am currently on an educational leave for the year to finish my Masters and participate in practicum. I have experience with the kindergarten curriculum, and creating and maintaining environments that allow children's development to flourish. For the past two years I have also been a presenter for the ETFO, presenting on topics such as mathematics, self-regulation, and kindergarten curriculum across Ontario. I am hardworking, energetic, and positive. I also have experience working with children with special needs. Oh, and I am a Disney princess part-time for birthday parties.
