Nanny in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hi everyone, My name is Louise (27) and I'm on a working visa from Ireland and do not require sponsorship. I am currently freelancing with my business job so i could pick up a child minding role on a part-time basis as it is one of my big passions. Before graduating in both my business and marketing degree's i studied early childcare education and supervision. I have in excess of 8 years experience caring for children of all ages both in creche environments and home environments. My most recent nanny reference is available to read under my resume. I would describe myself as a fun, loving, caring person, that has an abundance of time and patience when it comes to children. I appreciate their little minds and how they see the world, whilst encouraging them to be the best to their ability. I pride myself on creating a safe and happy environment where their creativity can flourish. I am quite flexible on hours and days but they obviously have to work with my current schedule. I do have alot of invaluable experience and education, therefore i value my work no less than $20 ph, if there is more than one child $25 ph, which is also dependent on role expectations, but I'm open to negotiation.
