Nanny Job in High River, Alberta

We are looking for an individual that is passionate about caring for others and looking to integrate into a loving family setting. This is a live in respite/nanny position. Applicant should be comfortable working with individuals with special needs or willing to be trained. Our daughter is 13yrs old and has Cerebral Palsy. She is non verbal, and requires physical assistance for all activities. She has cortical vision impairment and some behavioural outbursts, mostly relating to communication. We would love to find a caregiver that is active, loving and willing to explore life with her and our family. Duties: -Diapering -Catheters (once trained) -feeding -light meal prep -laundry -light cleaning -bedtime routine with child -rotating night care -occasional school drop off/pick up -accompany individual to summer camp and outings/park plays/swimming etc. -working through physical therapy exercises -willing to be video monitored - drivers license required All living expenses will be covered -private bedroom & TV room -occasional shared bathroom $700.00 weekly pay
