I am a mom who works from home and needs to have my 14 month old supervised while I work. I will change diapers and put her to sleep but I need someone who will take care of her and feed her while I work. I also need someone who is capable of light housekeeping, ironing, some cooking and laundry. These tasks would be done when the baby is asleep or with me. I need someone with a great personality who loves children - my daughter is extremely loving and fun to be around and I need the same type of caregiver for her.
