Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

We are a close-knit family in Toronto with two daughters looking for an experienced, caring, and dependable full-time live-out nanny to join our family for the long term. We are hoping to find someone who is looking for a stable position with guaranteed full-time hours and who will become an important part of our children's daily lives. We have two wonderful daughters, ages 3.5 years and 1 year. We value active, engaging childcare and are looking for someone who enjoys spending time outdoors, encouraging imaginative play, reading, crafts, and helping children learn through everyday experiences. Responsibilities * Full-time care of our 1-year-old during the day. * Daily pickup of our 3.5-year-old from her nearby school. * Planning fun, age-appropriate activities for both girls, whether at home or in the neighbourhood. * Daily outdoor play and walks whenever possible. * Preparing easy, healthy snacks for the children. * Emptying and cleaning our oldest daughter's lunch box. * Preparing the following day's school lunch. * Setting up homework or school activities as needed. * Keeping children's bedrooms, play areas, toys, clothing, and supplies organized. * Completing all child-related chores and maintaining children's routines. About Our Home We employ a full-time housekeeper, so there is no expectation of general housekeeping or family meal preparation. Your focus will be entirely on the children and their daily needs. Both parents work full-time, with each parent working from home one day per week. We respect our nanny's role and aim to provide a supportive, professional working relationship with clear communication. The school is a ~10m walk from our home. A family vehicle may also be available for children's activities, depending on experience and licensing. We're looking for someone who is: * Warm, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys caring for young children. * Reliable, punctual, and organized. Both parents work extremely demanding jobs, so reliability is the most important factor. * Energetic and happy to spend time outdoors year-round. * Confident managing two young children with different schedules. * Interested in building a long-term working relationship with our family.
