Hey there! My name is Kelsey I have long term experience with children of all ages and am certified with my responsible adult and infant CPR/First Aid. I have experience with various ages and am certified to care for up to 7 children at a time (as I have previous experience working in a licensed group daycare) I spend most of my days when with children exploring outside, engaging in the community through various programs, making crafts, reading stories, practicing letters and numbers and all the other fun things that come with being a kid. I believe it is vital for children to spend time within the community (ie. taking buses, exploring parks and museums, nature walks, learning about their surroundings) I recently relocated to Vancouver from Victoria but I do have my full license and my own vehicle so I’m able to drive and get myself around very easily I am a passionate, loving, warm caregiver and the children I work with have a special place in my heart and in my life. I believe in talking through our problems, understanding our feelings and doing things as a team. I am fun, expressive, and honest and I absolutely love being a nanny.
