I have spent a lot of time with young children, from my little cousins, to kids I\'ve met a camp. I enjoy hanging out with kids and being a part of their fun and adventures. I am responsible, focused and would be very careful to be respectful towards you, your home, and your family. I\'m also very happy to help with tutoring, and do speak french! I have had a lot of experience working with children of various ages. I worked for 6 years at Camp Ekon, a summer camp for kids aged 7-16. There I developed programming for, and cared for, children of all ages. I was also the Child Care director, which meant looking after our camp director's 3 children (under 7). I got them ready for the day, looked after them, got their meals, tidied the home, did laundry, cared for the dog, put them to bed, practiced reading, etc. I have experience working with children with various special needs, both in a summer camp setting and in private swimming lessons. I taught children to swim, both in lakes and in pools, and of a variety of different skill and comfort levels. In high school, I worked as a babysitter for people in my neighbourhood.
