I have a genuine desire to support children and their families, which allows me to bring a well balanced, positive influence and an enthusiasm to work alongside a family. The knowledge and skills that I would bring to your family are comprised of both experience in the social service work field, but primarily working in the field of Early Childhood Education. I have previously been the lead RECE in a Before and After School Program, Kindergarten Program and Preschool Program. I built my B and A program focus around Creative Arts, Science, Physical Education, Esteem Builders and Cooking �clubs�, while my responsibilities for the Kindergarten and Preschool program focused more on cognitive, language, fine motor, creative and social development. Not only did I successfully implement age appropriate programs, but I genuinely enjoyed the experience and thrived off the excitement the children showed and the challenge they overcame. I have f=worked along side families for years, startinging with my part time babysitting jobs while going through college to currently working with families who have their children in the After School program I currently am involved with.
