I believe every young child and family deserves a quality of early years care that is nurturing, developmentally appropriate, fun and stimulating!A caregiver who is passionate about working with young children and families, understands early childhood development, and believes play is essential for child growth and development. Planning a daily program that includes arts and crafts activities, baking/cooking, and daytrips is always a plus! Providing children with ample opportunities to discover, create, and often, make a mess ensures a rich environment for early childhood development! Over the past 5 years, I have been fortunate to volunteer/work with young children and families in a variety of early learning and care environments. Through various school placement settings and summer work experiences I have worked with children 12 months-8 years of age. I've worked/volunteered in daycare, elementary school (kindergarten), and summer camp programs.
