Hi my name is Diane and I am a mother of a beautiful 1 year old girl. Before becoming a mother I was a nanny/care giver for 6 years. I have worked for some wonderful families in Vancouver & have excellent references. I will be returning to work full time in January 2015 & am searching for some childcare work to fill my days until then. I will have my daughter with me. My daughter & I enjoy busy active days together & we would love a little play mate to hang out with! We love being out & about, Going to the local parks, story times at the library, organised programmes - music classes & art classes. Also on adventurous days we love to go to the aquarium, strolls along the sea wall, feeding the birds at Granville island & taking the skytrain to explore other parts of Vancouver /sea bus to north Vancouver. Own car & full license Excellent references very flexible with days & hours . My duties included caring for the children, preparing healthy breakfast, lunch & snacks. Dropping off & picking up from pre-school & school. keeping to Scheduled nap times. Taking children to organised community programmes, storytime at the library, day trips to Granville island, aquarium, maple wood farm, beach & various great kids parks around Vancouver & sea boat to north Vancouver. Keeping them busy on rainy days with arts & crafts & lots of storytimes. My duties also include keeping the house in an orderly manner.
