Nanny in Barrie, Ontario

Hello, my name is Debra. I will be graduating from the ECE program from Georgian College this August. I've been working with children for the past 12-13 years. From co-op's in high school, to church nursery's, being a nanny, and working in childcare centres full time. I was a nanny for a 13 month old child, during this time I would plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that were based off the child's interests. These activities would focus on (numbers, letters, gross and small motor activities) Since I have a love for being outdoors I would plan my activities around being outside as much as possible, if we couldn't be outside I would bring nature inside, such as using as much natural materials as I could. From my prior experiences I feel that I would be a great asset to your child and family. I love being outdoors (camping, swimming, biking and more) I have a creative and imaginative personality, I am very flexible, and I'm also a safety orientated person.
